


Warranty
Eurolink Systems guarantees that every product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and conforms to Eurolink Systems's stringent specifications. In the event of any malfunction or breakdown during the warranty period, some of the conditions to be noted are as follows.
Warranty Conditions
One year warranty for all products
Warranty period starts from the date of completion of the Factor Acceptance Test (FAT)/delivery
Extended warranty on completion of warranty period at extra cost.

Warranty void conditions
Product is damaged due to accident or abuse
Product is shipped with insufficient packaging
On signing of the AMC (Extended warranty), Eurolink Systems takes responsibility for all repairs and preventive maintenance checks. Enough spares will be stocked for speedy repairs/rectification. Minimum down-time is ensured through COTS/ROTS based integration approach.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
To return materials to Eurolink Systems, customers must request for a RMA number. The materials being returned may include In Warranty or Out of Warranty materials.
